Sue is a mother of three, carefully balancing family life with her University studies. She has tried to give up her smoking habit for many reasons, among them financial, as her husband is sole provider for the family and doesn't smoke.

Having tried all sorts of conventional methods to quit, she agrees to some coaching.

During our coaching sessions we established what was preventing Sue from quitting, implemented a plan of how she would quit, and set a timeframe. We also established a reward programme where she could treat herself along the way for good behaviour.

Within three months Sue had replaced smoking with some new healthy choices. Six years later she is still not smoking.
